DATA BACKUP:
  • The David Carlos Support Team installs a CLONE server beside the existing server at your office
  • Data is copied from your server to the CLONE server
  • The CLONE server then securely backs up your data to our off-site data center* via the Internet
  • The CLONE server continuously backs up changes as you make them and copies these changes to our off-site data center

MONITORING:

  • We monitor your CLONE 24 x 7 x 365
  • We ensure your backups are occurring properly
  • We will address most errors remotely and will provide on-site support as needed
The David Carlos Support Team monitors the CLONE Server and Data Center 24x7x365. Our software automatically notifies us of any errors and we correct them immediately. We also monitor the integrity of each backup file to ensure that it can be successfully recovered.
