For simple disasters such as the accidental deletion of a file or the recovery of an older version of a file, we will restore the data immediately from the CLONE Server.

In the event of a hardware problem that brings down your primary server, the CLONE Server will take over and keep you up and running:

  • We will repair or replace your primary server
  • Once the primary server is repaired, we will copy the CLONE back to it so that no data is EVER lost

In the event that BOTH your primary server and CLONE Server are damaged or completely destroyed:

  • We will pre-configure a replacement CLONE Server with all of your data and ship it to you overnight
  • The David Carlos Support Team will come on-site to install your new CLONE
  • We will order you a new server and will copy the CLONE back to it so that no data is EVER lost
